February 2027 will mark 20 years of Project Lifesaver serving Horry County! Since the program began in February 2007, SOS Care has worked alongside our local law enforcement and fire agencies to help protect individuals who are at risk of wandering.

With 8 teams of local first responders competing—including Horry County Police, Horry County Fire Rescue, Myrtle Beach Police, Myrtle Beach Fire, North Myrtle Beach Police, North Myrtle Beach Fire, SC Highway Patrol, and Murrells Inlet Garden City Fire Department—this is one matchup you won't want to miss!

💙 ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT SOS CARE'S PROJECT LIFESAVER PROGRAM

Serving ALL of Horry County, Project Lifesaver provides life-saving radio-frequency transmitting bracelets to individuals with cognitive conditions who are at risk of wandering.

Since 2007, SOS Care has provided this service FREE OF CHARGE to qualifying individuals, thanks to the incredible support of our community. The program works hand-in-hand with local police and fire agencies to help bring loved ones home safely.
